O verbo "enxergar" está mais relacionado à capacidade da visão em si. Exemplo :
Eu enxergo bem! - it means your eyes can see something very well!
O verbo "ver" é mais amplo, mas geralmente está relacionado ao verbo "assistir". Por exemplo:
Estou vendo tv - i watch tv
Outros exemplos do verbo ver:
<em>(</em>Eu<em>) </em>Vejo que você está triste - i <em>realize</em> that you're sad
Veja quem está chegando - <em>see</em> who is comming

we can say "ver" could be use as the meaning of "look" and "enxergar" as the meaning of "see"...

(from Brazilian Portuguese) "Enxergar" and "ver" are synonymous, although "ver" can be used in more cases and "enxergar" is a bit more restricted... (I suggest you to take a look at "ver" in the dictionary to see all cases)

Basically, there's no difference. You can use both at any time, but "ver" is most common.
