"뛰는 놈 위에 나는 놈 있다."

뜻: 아무리 잘 해도 그보다 더 잘 하는 사람이 있다.

예문:

1. 가: 이번에도 내가 일등을 할 수 있을까?

나: 글쎄. 뛰는 놈 위에 나는 놈 있다고 요즘은 열심히 하는 아이들이 많아서 나도 잘 모르겠어.

2. 가: 이제 그만 연습해도 되겠다. 너보다 잘 하는 선수는 없을거야.

나: 아니야. 뛰는 놈 위에 나는 놈 있다고 하잖아? 남은 기간 동안 열심히 해야지.
