jyut6 jyu5 or gwong2 dung1 waa2?
They both mean 'Cantonese language'
Are these two interchangeable?

For me, interchangeable. I won't say other Canton dialect as Jyut ju.

"jyut6 jyu5" is more precise, because "gwong2 dung1 waa2" may contain other dialects, like Hakka etc., but a few people do use "gwong2 dung1 waa2" to refer to "jyut6 jyu5".

Are you asking the differences between guangdong hua and yue yu ?
They have a lot part overlapping ,but the scope is different ,cantonese is bigger ,guangdong hua refers to guangdong province but there are several provinces speak cantonese above guangdong .
