I appreciate that since the action show respect to me. but i also want to tell her it dosent matter and she dont need to be so polite when we r together. it is okay for her to check message anytime. how could i express it and what will native speaker reply in that situation?

I would just say, „Go ahead, don’t worry about it.“ Or, just „Go ahead. No worries.“ That‘s how I’d get across that the person wasn’t bothering me, or I didn’t see what he or she was doing as rude.

"It's OK, don't worry about it". If they continue to do it, then you may say "It's ok, you don't need to apologize" or "Hey, it's OK. You don't need to be so polite".

If they still continue after this, then they probably aren't going to change and they are just really polite. If that's the case, you don't need to respond after each time they say sorry. That's how I would handle it.

In addition to the useful phrases that John has suggested, you could say "go right ahead."

"No problem"

"Not a problem"

"Sure thing"

Would be my best responses
