Today is a great day to move forward in your life. Using EFT or “Tapping”, my intention is to help my coaching clients clear emotional, physical and energetic blocks. Wherever you feel blocked or held back from reaching your potential—that’s where we will tap. We will focus on these core issues making it possible to free whatever limiting beliefs, negative self-talk or stressful life experiences that may be dimming your expression of life.

(Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a self-help technique that involves tapping near the end points of “energy meridians” located around the body. People use EFT in order to reduce tension, promote a deeper mind-body connection, and manage symptoms of anxiety, depression or stress.)
