kalp means the phsycal heart
yürek means both the physical heart and the abstract heart. people use to use it when a bravery, a melancholy or love is in question.
gönül means the spiritual heart, it's more abstract than 'yürek'. you can imagine as if it's a natural reserve of all the deep emotions accumulated in your body.

Kalp means as noun the heart. Everyone has anatomically a heart und you say in every language for example "I give him/her my heart.

Gönül means actually a strong feeling, when you are falling into love or if you do something from the bottom of your heart.

Yürek means courage or to be courageous.

Actually is very simple

yani:

Kalp, vücudun yaşamasını sağlayan fiziksel organ. Yürek, kalbin soyut bir izdüşümü. Gönül, ruhun yaşamasını sağlayan soyut organ.
(The kalp is the phsycal organ that functions so that the body lives. The yürek is an abstract projection of the kalp. Gönül is a abstract organ that functions so that the soul lives.)
