It’s used in the present perfect tense.
There are several cases to use the present perfect tense such as :
1- The action started in the past and continuing in the present
He has lived in London for three years.

He, she and it, you use has
I, you, they, and we, you use have.
Ex: I have to do my homework
She has to do her homework
