"You can contact me on this email to discuss this matter further." Is this sentence wrong? We are practising to write a complaint letter to a company where we bought a product. To end the letter, my friend wrote: "You can contact me on this email to discuss this matter further."
"On this email" Oh, I've never seen it before so I think it is wrong.
What about your opinion? And if it's wrong, how can I fix it?
Thank you :*

It‘s fine. That’s the correct phrase.

It is good. If you are sometimes doubtful, compare it with something you have already read/heard, eg, "you can contact me on this forum" is good, so "email" instead of "forum"? Yes, both are electronic platforms, so both work.

Hello!

on this email is correct don’t worry! English has a lot of terms for different expressions so I understand why you believed it was wrong!

If you ever get stuck on anything else feel free to ask me I’m always happy to help!

It's just because I often see people write: "At this email address" then I think "on this email" doesn't exist.
Thank you so much for your answers. I really appreciate ^^
