Hi everyone!
How long do you usually study a language before you feel fluent? In my case with Spanish I learned it little by little over a period of a few years and I would say maybe by the 4th year after having classes and using the language at work I felt competent to be able to manage conversations with people. I am sure many of you who are hard workers have felt fluent before 4 years maybe it only took you a year or two in your target language.
Also, if you are trying to better your English, be sure to check my availability and schedule a lesson. I look forward to working with you!

It depends on how passionate you are about that language and what is your purpose to learn the language so quickly. And i agree with you, when it comes to language fluency, we have to try and communicate in that language as much as possible.
Based on my experience for learning english, it took me 3 years for being able using english properly in speaking, writing, and conversations.
You can learn a language in 3 months. The basics, that is.
It depends if you are immersed in the culture or not. I learnt Spanish in 3 months - and did not see another English speaker most of that time. It was quite hectic!!!
However an interesting milestone Iwant to highlight is when you dream in the targeted language.
