"3anjad" and "3am" --- what do they mean?

I keep hearing "عام" and "عنجد" in Jordanian dialect. What do they mean?

عنجد means "are you serious?"
عام refers to a continuous situation or "doing something now" as in this sentence:
عام اتصفح الانترنت
I am surfing the internet.
