Breakfast ordering Huevos revueltos es "scrambled eggs" como ordeno huevos estrellados? Y huevos estrellados con la yema sin reventar?

Well, I'm not trying to sound like an expert chef here, ha ha ha, because when it comes to eggs, I've always liked either scrambled eggs, or an omelette. I've never liked fried eggs (which is one way to say "huevos estrellados"), I've never liked runny yolks (which is how most people would describe a yolk that is "liquid" or not cooked), and I've never liked hard boiled eggs either (here in Guatemala we call them "huevos duros", I don't know about Mexico).

So, without doing any further research, I would have advised you to order "fried eggs" but specifying to the waiter/waitress that you "don't want the yolk broken". Even though I don't like fried eggs, I've had breakfast with plenty of people over the course of my life who do like fried eggs, and usually they will refer to what you said using the words "broken yolk". There are also people who like their fried eggs with a "liquid" yolk, so they refer to it as a "runny yolk", and some people like the yolk cooked, so some refer to it as a "hard yolk" or simple say "with the yolk cooked, not runny."

But in trying to make sure I was answering your question correctly, I came upon this website:

https://www.breakfastwithnick.com/2014/04/08/how-do-you-want-your-eggs-eleven-ways-to-cook-an-egg/

So if you want to know more about eggs and how they are cooked, I suggest reading it. And the funny thing is that this website doesn't even mention "fried eggs", so, yeah, there's a myriad ways to cook eggs.

Buena suerte al ir a desayunar a restaurantes donde hablen inglés! Ja ja ja, hasta la próxima.
