Which do you like group lessons or online lesson one on one?
I have studied English seriously for over 4 years, but I can't speak English fluently yet.
I have joined some group lessons in some English conversation schools on and off, I have tried taking part in a meet up group and taking an English lesson in an English cafe.
I thought why I can't speak English fluently, and I realized I'm poor at speaking English with multiple people. I'm afraid making mistakes, and I tend to compare myself with other English learners. Then I started using some language exchange apps about three years before.
I met a lot of friendly and kind language exchange friends there, and I wanted to share my interests, our culture, my thoughts, and so on. I decided taking American professional English teacher's lessons. He solved my all questions, helped my pronunciations, shared our culture and customs, and so on.
I started a group chat again, but I felt it was not fun. The number is more and more, our interests are different. I'm afraid of interrupting someone's conversation, I try to express different from others, I always try to speak something, but not speak too much.I need motivation, speaking skill, passion, knowledge about many kinds of topic, many vocabulary, and so on.
I definitely like online lesson one on one.

You need someone who is committed to help you to remove your errors and you need to be brave enough to try.

Thann you for sharing your experience and giving the comment. When I was a college student, I studied French in classes, I couldn't pronounce it at all, and I forgot most of my knowledge about it.
However, I've focused on practicing on pronunciation during my English classes, my English teacher repeated showing his lips and tongue closely to the camera on his PC, so easy to understand. I definitely prefer one on one lessons.
