In most cases, they are synonymous.
But usually wystarczająco (Adverb) corresponds:
sufficiently and enough
And dość (Adverb or Noun) enough, quite and pretty
The nuances of their use can be found at:

Dość or dosyć may be used in the negative context of "I've got enough = I'm fed up" - "mam tego dość, mam tego dosyć!"
Wystarczająco always has a positive context, and is used with another adjective or adverb: "wystarczająco dobry", "wystarczająco ładna".
There are some nuances in the use with adjectives:
dość bogaty = quite rich (which may actually be an understatement)
wystarczająco bogaty = rich enough (e.g. to buy a Tesla Roadster)
dość chory = quite ill
wystarczająco chory = ill enough (e.g. to have to go to hospital)
Hope that helps :-)
