hi everyone !
i really wanna kno more about slang(UK/US)please gimme some example along with what its mean n tell me / correct my grammar if im wrong;

One form of slang, well know in the UK is called Cockney Rhyme or London rhyme.
Here are a few examples:
Apples and Pairs = Stairs.
eg "Have you seen James recently. Yes I passed him the other day on the apples and pairs"
which translates to : Saya melewatinya di tangga
Dog and Bone = phone
eg "Have you spoken to your mother yet. No, but I will call her later on the dog and bone later'
Saya akan berbicara dengannya nanti di telepon
