What is the best age for become parents?

I think that my question is very particular and subjective, so I have to say that there is not a only one right answer. I’d like to hear you point of view and explanation about this question in this discussion.
I think so: There are two time periods that could be the best for yours children appearing. The first – from 19 to 24 years and the second – from 31 to 35 years. And my explanations below:

From 19 to 24 years old: you’re young and full of energy and you just only start yours career. Yours parents full of energy too and can support yours young family. I think that it is more easy to study and bring up the child in parallel then combine that with making yours career.

From 31 to 35 years old: that's age when you've become a real mature man and that is your great advantage. You’ve made the career as a rule and you can spend time with yours family and children. You have gotten enough of experience of real life and that’s mean you’re ready for independent bring up of yours children.
What about yours opinion?

I don't think there's a best age TO become a parent. I don't think anyone is ever ready for such a responsibility. There are also many people who should never have children. In this case, it has nothing to do with their age. I believe some people simply lack the patience, discipline, and dedication that's needed to properly raise a child. I have no interest in having a child at this point in my life, but I think if it happened I could deal with it. I would have to change a lot of things in my life, but I think I would be able to handle it.

I think it depends on where you are in your life, at what stage. If you have already built something (if you have a house, a work, something stable) and you can offer a very good life to your children, then this for me is the right time. You still need a lot of energy for sure to keep up with children but you have to think about the quality of the life you can offer them. At my age, 23 years old, I don't feel like I could offer a very good life to my children now!

I became a parent at 44. It was exactly the right age for me.

I think it's not about the age. It's about actually wanting to have kids and be willing to make a lifetime commitment with your baby.

It's not about the age but about personality of future parrents I think. For example my cousin and her husband became parrents for the first time when she was 20 and he was 21 but in my humble opinion they are the best parrents ever.
