Hello everyone, is everything okay?

Well, I have been studying at my graduation how to improve the QWL in our business and company. This is a difficult issue that we have here in our country because many, not all, managers have the difficulty of understanding that the employee has a life to take care of and a family to live together.

I also see it as a method to motivate a person or people to work better or live better.

I would like to know if it is possible what your company or company has been doing to improve or implement the QWL and if you will have an opportunity, what will you do to do this in your company or company?
