warum ist deutsch so kompliziert? Like, are all of those pronouns even necessary? [Yeah, I know they are] ...but I get sad when I see the list of the possessives anyway, and I haven't even started the declensions. What is your method to learn them?

Using them, using them, using them ... 

„repetitio est mater studiorum". 

Learning tables and rules may aid in retaining them, but realistically only practicing will make them flow naturally. 

Or at least that's what I find with learning Spanish.
