A long time ago when I was a student, I used to attent classes, do homework, write some articles from time to time - honestly, I never enjoed learnign English. But oneday...I came across Peaky Blinders! I'm not gonna ask you about your favorite TV shows - that's not my point. Cillian Murphy and his unbeilivably "tasty" accent just made me fall in love with English. That was my point of no return:)
Can you remember a moment or a thing/ movie/ parents' words that helped you to level up?
I can't answer for English because it was always present in my life and I was used to it, but I can say that I had a moment of enchantment with Japanese language while watching Naruto. I don't think it was because of the brilliant accent and sound (like the one that Tommy Shelby introduced to the world), but just some strange bond happened between me and that anime and I fell in love.
And by the way, Peaky Blinders and Cillian were enlightenment for me too.
