Food for Thought!!

Hi Everyone!!

I have been doing a lot of Reading lately about how I can improve my cognitive skills in order to learn and retain what I have learnt more efficiently. After doing some research I have come across a few articles that point towards food being one of the most important contributors to building an efficient 'learning' brain.

I have been doing some experimenting with this concept and changing some things in my diet. I have to say that I have been rather surprised by the outcome. I have noticed that by eating less frequently and more nutrient rich foods that I'm able to concrete more and also my memory has sharpened. This has not only had a great impact on my general well being, but also my ability to learn, retain and recall information has increased significantly.

= Has anybody had a similar experience?

= Does anyone eat a certain food to help with cognitive functioning?

= Do you believe the saying 'we are what we eat' to be true?

Have a nice day everyone :)
