The points show community activity.  They cannot be converted into anything else.

Initially the italki point system was an incentive for students/ members to involve themselves in the "italki community." However, there's absolutely no point to the italki point system, whatsoever. You are spinning your wheels if you think you will receive a worthy response to your query. My advice to you; just continue "to follow the yellow brick road."

To send a message to italki Support:

1  Click on your Profile Photo (at the top right of every page)

2  Click on Support

3  Click on Submit a Request

The response you get will probably be the same as the responses from Chris and Miriam
