Prefer to have balance bw spending and saving, never to prevent yr self from enjoying life nor having some money for hard times

I prefer investing money in property because it's more reliable. But in real life my money is spent on clothes.

I would spend my money on assets to make them make more money, so my choice is investment) But the way, if you don't have a lot of money you can invest your time in your future by spending it on your education to create a career and you'll get money, which you can invest)
