'The more money you give TO me or GIVE ME"?

Many verbs in English take two objects.  "to" is added for the indirect object when the indirect object comes after the direct object.

tell [something] to [somebody]

tell [somebody] [something]

give [something] to [somebody]

give [somebody] [something]
