Hello Dmitrii!

The last book I read was "The buried giant" by Kazuo Ishiguro. I wouldn't say he is my favorite writer, but he definitely stands out among others. It was "love at first book". I remember the first one was "Never let me go" which is not a sweet romantic novel as it might seem from the title^^ It's more like alternative history and science fiction.

It would be nice to know what books you like.

I like reading as well. It is not only an entertainmant but I am more when I read a new book. The last books I read was the Fifth Mountain and the Emotional Intelligence.
Im reading now the Flow by Csikszentmihalyi Mihaly and Carrie by Stephen King.:)
Mostly I read one book in Hungarian it is connected mostly to psychology and one English and it can be about everything.
Reading is really one of the best thing you can do in life:)

Hey Dima! 👋🏼

I love to read books.  It’s one of my favorite pastimes. My favorite modern author would probably be Markus Zusak. He wrote the bestseller “The Book Thief”. But honestly, his other book, “I am the Messenger” is better than “The Book Thief”. I also really enjoy anything by Ray Bradbury.

The last book I read was called “Suicide of the West” by Jonah Goldberg.

What about you, Dima? Do you like to read? Who’s your favorite modern author? What was the last book you read?

I think that 'The name of the Rose', by Umberto Eco. One of the most intelligent, well researched and well-translated books I have ever read!
