What are ways to describe the machine is not working? I need to know what are ways to say air conditioning machine is dead or no any sounds when I restart it. Despite of turning the power off and reopen the power. It started having sound that worked likely. but few minutes later it shut down. I know it is malfunction but I don't know what should I explain to guest. Yesterday my hotel guest room's air conditioner worked not properly. Inside is 90 degrees, and I did nothing to help. Even I couldn't describe it. Thank you for your help.
