I'm currently editing my CV in English and I would be pleased to receive your review on the following descprition of actvities performed in my last professional experience.

• Support the trainer judge and clerks in pretrial activities and administrative fulfillments (i.e. scheduling of Court's hearings, keeping of trial documentation, communication of judicial acts; elaboration of statistics reports);

• Attendance of Court’s hearings, drafting of trial's records and minutes of witness statements;

• Drafting of Court’s ordinances, decrees and decision under the guidance of the trainer judge;

• Carrying out case-law research on a wide range of Employment Law and Social Securty Law issues.

I would recommend that you write Court hearings and not Court's hearings.  The same with court ordinances and trial records.

I wouldn't call him a trainer judge.  He is not the one being trained, he is giving the training (I should imagine), so perhaps you called call him a mentor.
