How to overcome frustration in learning English?
before arriving in the USA, my English was intermediate level according "toelft" But, 4 month even my english seems to be improved. I feel frustrated and I do not understand or people do not understand me (this happens frequently with older people)

4 months is not long. Tell us what happens a year later :-)
Work on your pronunciation more. Have to really listen carefully to work on accent.

There has always been a problem with older people and younger people speaking different forms of any given language. It happens in all languages. Older people are always complaining that the younger generation do not know or use the language (any language ) correctly.
Do not worry too much over it.
