What are the driving forces of changing your current job?

Hi all.

I am struggling to change my current job as I cannot see a clear career path in my current role. However my current job is very stable and easy. Sometimes I think changing means a challenging task to step out your conform zone to take an uncertain risk. I might regret and insecure if the new job is not better than the previous one. 

What are the driving forces of changing your current job? Can you give me some advice?

Hi... Actually I advice you to don't leave your job I mean you have to keep on your work and in same time try to find better job if you have free time but depending on you work in the morning or evening so try in every week to go search about job by the Internet and by yourself you should to go to many companies and do you see from near of you that's my advice and good luck
