Finding a native English speaker is really difficult. There are far more people who are willing to learn English than native English speakers who want to be bilingual or multilingual. I think you can also practice with non-natives if you find their English proficiency level satisfying. This can be frustrating most of times. People are not in the same level most of the times or they are not in the proper time zone to practice with each other, or even there are cultural or religious barriers in between. So in mind if you are searching for partners to practice you should broaden your search criteria and look for anybody who can be any kind of assistance in this process. I said all of these in order to say that I am not native but a committed and serious English learner. If you are willing to practice with me please let me know. Thanks a lot <o:p></o:p>
