yes, you can. Well i think we all are living in a one big infinite loop and we should break it someday or at least try to break it.
Stop thinking about others, the reason you are asking this question is because you felt it and that''s what you really want, So believe yourself and go ahead. You may face hurdles but follow your instincts. Even in worst scenario when you fail, you will realize you have learned a lot.
So keep learning, keep living and chasing your dreams.

All through my 20's I worked in customer service. In 2012, I was then planning to get into "energy healing" (a branch of Spirituality). I put that on hold to concentrate on LGBT activism. I became an LGBT activist (for free), and I'm writing a book about religion, Spirituality, and LGBT activism. In December, 2018 last year, I became an English teacher on different websites and I even have my own dot-com website. If you would have told me 20 years ago that I would have done what I have been doing since 2012, I wouldn't have believed you!
If you have a passion for something, it does not matter what age you decide to pursue it.
