Conversation in several languages in the same time...Is it easy for you? I have a friend and she is a poliglot. She speaks fluent 6 languages and intermediate user of 10 or so  :) I was curious what kind of exam did she have. At the exam in university she had 6 scientific texts in 6 languages. She had to tanslate each text and answer some questions. She did great all of them except final Greek text. But the hardest part of exam was, when there were invited native speakers of those languages. She had to answer questions in different languages in the same time. She had Engish first, then other man asked her in Swedish and next was German. Unfortunately, it was very difficult for her and she ended up with English.
 
Here is my question. Is it easy for you using both languages, your native and target language? Or maybe you speak several languages in different levels, how do you manage when in one room speakers of all of them?
