Anyone explain me neither either how and where i should use it,,! Thanks

"Neither" is used when referring to a per s on, e.g. "Neither I or your mom wishes you to attend college out of state," Neither you nor your brother are getting cake before you eat you dinner.
"Either" is used when having to make a choice, e.g. "You can either attend college at home or out of state, closer by," "You can either have your cake now or after dinner."
