A lot of people don't sleep well at night,  they sit in their's phones and go to bed too late,  then they have to get early and during the day they drink coffee, they dream about sleeping and they can't work excellent. If the person will recover during night sleeping for 6 hours,  his productivity will grow up!

I'd like to sleep better. I have this odd pattern: one night I sleep like the proverbial log, the next night I fidget, and toss and turn.

As to stress: I'm retired so my stress levels are falling. However, I fret about many a thing! And so my stress level rises.

I need a fidget-and-fret-reduction technique! Any ideas?

I think 'people who want to improve their sleep' would sound better.
