Why do boys always change the subject?
I’m wondering why boys always change the subject.

Given the question, the very first comment afforded me much amusement, haha.
As to your question, I do not think "changing the subject" can be considered a greater propensity of either gender. People change the subject when the topic at hand causes them unease or embarrassment or frustrarion, or indeed if they consider it dull.
