What I meant by we is Egyptians or Arab in general.
Why we are not so brilliant in learning languages like Europeans for example ???
In my opinion thier are many reasons is it because.
1-Maybe because most of the European languages developed from one or two tongues Latin or germanic so it's easier for Europeans to learn those languages.

2-Europe is widely open to move between countries which help people to communicate.
3-we are not so serious about what we are doing.
4-we don't give a fuck about 2 main skills when learning any language "speaking and listening" skipping those two and only foucs on writing and reading evntualy we can read and write but not communicate with people out side :'(.
Because the dialects of Arabic are treated as one language rather than many different languages. So it’s not that we don’t speak many tongues, but rather that the tongues we speak aren’t considered different languages.
It’s a great cultural achievement that a people can talk almost seamlessly with each other from the eastern end of the Arabian Peninsula to the western end of North Africa. This is not something you can do in Europe.

2) no, you're wrong about Arabs. Some Tunisians speak English, French, Italian and Spanish (and Fusha:)) in 19.
I disagree about Europe: Arabic dialects can be compared to Romance languages, not to whole Europe.
