Nanako
I want you to check my English Can you check my grammar and sentences??

→It was the first conference for me, and I am so blessed to compete with all of you.

It was frustrating that I wanted to run but I couldn't until today, but every support and cheer has made me stronger than I had used to.

Nanako, "I'm so blessed to compete with all of you" is grammatical, but does not work in terms of meaning. If this is an academic conference, English would not refer to "competing". Instead, something like "I have been so fortunate to be able to participate in this conference, to share my knowledge and to learn from my colleagues in this field" would work better.

But it depends on what the context is.

Suggestion:"How about this way?

I was so frustrated that I couldn't run until today. However, I appreciate all of your support and encouragement because it has made me feel better.

Today was my first opportunity to compete in the conference. I'am so blessed to be in this competition.

It was my first track meet, and I feel so fortunate to be able to compete with all of you.

(Blessed has certain religious connotations.  This is probably not the word that you want to use.)

It has been frustrating for me because I've wanted to compete, but I couldn't until today.

All the support and encouragement have made me feel stronger than I have ever felt before.
