Intrinsic and internal Hi everyone. I would like to ask if there is any difference between "intrinsic" and "internal". Thanks

While they both share the prefix “in-“, they are entirely different words.

Internal: This word simply means “within” or “inside of”.

Intrinsic has a different, more specific meaning. From the MacMillan Dictionary:
“relating to the essential qualities or features of something or someone”
