Being unemployed
Hello,
how do you deal with period of unemployment? How do you spend your days and weeks and make them profitable?
I'm currently unemployed and I don't really make this profitable. I also feel stupid of loosing my former occupation and hurt myself unusefully.
What I find difficult is the fact that we don't know when this period will end so it's not easy to plan something.

I understand if you miss your work routine and activity schedule. It's hard to sit idle, even if you have enough money to get by for a while. So here is what you can do:
1. Pursue a passion that you normally didn't get time for. Singing? Photography? Gardening? The list goes on.
2. Train for a skill you wish you had and which would be valuable for you. This includes but is certainly not limited to learning a new language.
3. Increase and follow a regular exercise regimen if you are a fitness buff.
4. Spend time networking and developing contacts. Systems don't really work, it's your networks that get things going.
5. Spend some regular time in job search. After all, that's needed as well.
Bon courage !

Thank you for your answer!
That's what you did when you was unemployed?
In fact I've also wanted to make my days more profitable by studying something or doing something more scheduled.
