5 Things to Reprogram your Subconscious Mind.
The subconscious mind is 95% to 99% powerful than the conscious mind, for that reason, we should reprogram our brain before going to sleep every night. Check this 5 recommendations to ensure your success in life:

1) MAKE A PLAN. Think of the things you'll need to do for the next day, set up an alarm, and wake up thinking of your specific activities for the next day.
2)Write and read a note about your personal goals. Our subconscious mind works by repetition, that's why we have to visualize and replay it many times.
3)GRATITUDE. Do not sleep thinking on what you did wrong, instead be thankful for all you have or received during the day. Say thank you to a friend or family member before going to bed.
4)ASK YOURSELF FOR ANSWERS. When you have a challenge ask yourself, what you can do to resolve that problem?, but do not wait for a quikly answer, just ask yourself and think about other options you have. Don't worry, your subconscious mind is working 24 hours a day, and you'll have the answer soon.
5)HYPNOTHERAPY. You could listen or watch videos about your purposes or goals.

You don't have to do all this five, at least try to do one or two of them, and you'll see the results in your life. Remember, success is not achieved in one day, it takes time, days, months or even years. The key is: Perseverance and you'll build a powerful mindset.

Great topic Lena thanks for it.

I’ve been reading about how our brain works for a couple of months and i can say that i am really blown away by the things i’ve learned. Nearly all of us think that we are completely in control about the decisions we have and the choices we make. But turns out that we are just silly puppets to think so. Our subconscious is programmed by our parents, by our environment and by the heritage of our species. Since it’s written really deep inside our brain, It’s extremely difficult to reach to the codes of that program. But that is not impossible as well.

As you’ve said our subconscious mind takes shape by repetition. It’s hard to do it but if we succeed to evolve our daily routines and habbits; slowly this change will be internalized by our subconscious. These words may sound simple and useless but if you can keep doing this for a long time, thinking positive and getting our lives in order will create new codes in our minds. Eventually these codes will effect our body mechanism and even change our hormone levels in a good way.

So that really is a great subject to talk and learn about. Thanks again for this :)

Beautiful ... I am doing Meditation from many years .... This really helps ... I do past life regression as well as chakras meditation ...
