i think that should be slang. slang should be their second language apart from learning another language like french ,italian , chinese, japonese

I've thought the same thing before.
After all, it's no need to learn another language for general Anglophones.
It depends on a person whether to have motivation for languages.

For the most part, there is no need for Anglophones to learn another language, because their native language happens to be the most prevalent global second language anyway. One can expect exceptions here, but why should anyone bother to learn a second language where their own suffices for nearly all situations?
