Community TutorDo you like to use memes when chatting online?
Personally, I like memes but I'm not obsessed with them. There are truely lots of interesting memes that can express your meanings much better than words. However they seem to be kind of overused nowadays. It is said that some people can't talk well with others face to face because there is no memes to use.....
How about you? Do you like to use memes chatting online?

Hmm, I don't know if I use memes much anymore [in the format you are describing]. At least in my circles, I tend to only use texts from those memes, not the whole thing. Instead of memes, I use more reaction pics, which are similar, but can be a lot wilder. They are usually an attempt to capture the inner thoughts / reaction / facial expression of the sender.

@Miss Alexis I am not sure of the difference between "memes" and "reaction pics". Is that "meme" is just picture while "reaction pics" could be picture or GIF?

Do you mean abbreviated internet jargon sometimes called netese such as AFAIK, IMHO and ROFL? I do sometimes though not often. But if you mean something else, I wouldn't know. AFAIK, a meme is a picture with a catchy text superimposed over it.
