Can اسم الموصول serve as خبر in a جملة اسمية?
For example, in a sentence such as " انا الذي فاز بالجائزة"
"I am the one who won the prize"، wouldn't انا be المبتدأ and الذي be الخبر?

انا = مبتدأ
الذي = اسم الموصول
فاز بالجائزة = صلة و الضمير المستتر يعود الى الذي
الذي فاز بالجائزة = الصلة و الموصولة في محل رفع
والجملة في محل خبر
