Assertive and Aggressive, Are both have same meaning ?
When to use what?please explain

Assertive means confident and direct in claiming something or putting forwards one’s views. Aggressive means that someone is angry person

Assertive is the action of anyone clearly defining what they want to happen. I don't quiet buy-into Alexander's view here but we are pretty close.
Agressive is just anger.

No, they don't have the same meaning. Assertive is someone who likes to be in charge and feels comfortable taking control, sometimes to the detriment (negative feelings) of the others who are being told what to do.
Aggressive is someone who has anger problems
