Professional TeacherAre you the type of person who can make other people laugh?
It is nice to be around people who have a certain level of humor, sometimes even dark humor. Whenever, I joined a group, there is always a comedian in a team. A funny person with natural wit and charm.

For me, a joke is in most cases a reaction to some situation. I have trouble telling jokes on purpose.
Jokes come to my mind when I am in a conversation. I like funny word play. Sometimes a situation makes me remember a joke, sometimes then follows a chain of several jokes ("Oh, I remember another one. Wanna hear? Well, it goes like this....").
I like watching the old interviews with Robin Williams on Youtube. They are fireworks of jokes, triggered by the questions of the interviewer. I am maybe 10% of that...

There was a discussion, where Mumtaz treated others to jokes. https://www.italki.com/discussion/75734

I like to make people laugh and be of some entertainment value. I know I don't always succeed, but it's fun :) Outside of italki, I can be quite a sarcastic person with close friends and family, and probably making cheesy/punny cultural reference jokes. I'm not much of a dark humor kind of person, but I definitely know people with that kind of sense of humor. Honestly, I don't really have much tact and just want to do crazy things with the English language, but I try not to get too carried away in the discussion board because I think people might start to question my comprehension of the English language. :P
