Hi guys, I'm very confuse and I need to know the difference between "Assess" and 'Evaluate", someone help me please !! haha. Thank you !!!

As far as I know, "to assess" means to figure out a price or a monetary value. "To evaluate" is to judge the condition or the quality. This is how I use these words (in NJ/NY) so others may disagree.

They can be synonyms in some contexts. Do you have a sample sentence?

To be confused (by)
To confuse someone → to make someone confused
To confuse something → to wrongly identify
I am confused by phrasal verbs.
I confuse people when I talk fast in English.
I confuse "poder" and "conseguir" when I talk in Portuguese.
