Sadly, the site got rid of “instant tutoring” months ago. The best work around would be for you to message one of your current teachers and request a “lesson invitation.” I’d recommend you write [email protected] and let them know how much you value the instant tutoring feature. By the way, I don’t use instant tutoring, but do feel that it adds value to the platform.

It is a feature we have as teachers, and since I have a flexible schedule, you can contact me whenever you want and we can arrange a lesson on the same day. I am equally frustrated...i loved the instant lessons. my diary changes at extremely short notice. i can't help you, just sympathise.

Pretty sure Italki ended instant tutoring a few months ago.
