Oxford dictionary defines "outsourcer" is "A person or organization which provides goods or services by contract from outside a particular organization or area; an external supplier."
But Merriam-Webster dictionary defines:
1. a company that procures some of its goods or services from usually smaller specialized companies
2. a specialized company that provides goods or services to a usually larger company.
Which company do you think sounds natural?
