Esperanto!
I really believe that Esperanto is the language of the future. I am currently learning it and it is fascinating. The way I can best describe it is a modern day Germanic Latin with a lot of similarities to French, but much easier.

Some Questions:

1) Are you interested in learning Esperanto or are you currently learning it?

2) If not, why not?

3) Please share some of your philosophical thoughts on the language.

4) Would anybody be keen on trying to do some language exchange or sessions in Esperanto?

Saluton! I started Esperanto last week. It's such a fascinating language. I hope to become conversational by the end of the year and fluent sometime in 2021. Ĉi tiuj estas bonegaj demandoj!

One of the reasons I am not much interested is , very few people actually know it . It's been there since 1880s yet only about 2 million people know Esperanto. Obviously if it really takes off , I might become interested.

The other problem is of course lack of time. After getting home from work , I have very little energy to learn anything new. All I need then is coffee and music.
