Well ,hard to find native English language speaker.
Keep in English is a just language to communicate with each other.
While learning everyone make English grammar mistakes.
Each language have vocabulary that we need to improve and memorize through reading books , newspapers e.t.c .
After getting little improvement try watch video conversations of lectures or English movies clips.
When you feel confident then find a partner to practice learnt knowledge aNd vocabulary.
