Or "everyone has their faults, nobody is perfect, in every relationship there will be bad times and arguments, in some relationships this can be destructive, but for other relationships, with other people, they might have a small flaw that irritates you. But it is worth suffering the minor irritation, because of the good things and overwhelmingly good times in the relationship with that person"

Hi Tadora, 
"You just got to find the ones worth suffering for." means that you have to find people that you want to be around even if they hurt you or make your life difficult.  The reason people are worth suffering for is usually love, but could it could be a different reason.

By âworth sufferingâ, what they are trying to say is everyone is going to hurt you, you have to find the one who you still want to be with after theyâve hurt you - the person for whom the suffering is worth it for the good things.
