I think, talking is the best choice. It doesn't matter if you are good or not in talking but I'm sure it makes you used to that language. My English improved with talking in English with other people :)

Well, there's also writing option. It would be fun to write an English diary, but i suppose you can find people on the net then you can chat in English. That makes a little easier, because if you start to write a diary, it would be private so no one would dare to read it. So how can you find your mistakes. But it has a great option, that, you can see your improvements with writing a diary. You even would notice your mistakes in the old pages.

btw, repeating sentences from a movie seems good. it's smillar to talking with someone, it would make your pronounciation better. but if you want to read something out loud, you should try to read some story books on your level.

i hope this would help to you :)

I think the best way is practice!Often communicate with your friends! Oral English need practice repeatedly! Found a good partner is really necessary! I  hope my answer is helpful to you ! hehe!

In my opinion, you will learn better conversation skills by watching English movies and drama TV shows. No subtitles, just listen and try to understand what is going on.

Watch many times, try to get lots and lots of input - your brain will do the rest.

I think that writing a diary will help with your writing and grammar, maybe, but not as much for conversation.

The best way to learn english is to read, listen and practice. You can try the movie method but it is slow. Talk to friends if you can as well. Slow and steady will help you. Good luck!!!!
